Guten Tag, hello!

I am Marisa and an undergraduate majoring in Biomedical Engineering with a Specialisation in Robotics. During my time in NUS under the E-Scholars Programme, I was fortunate enough to embark on several lab attachments and the NUS Overseas College with Beijing. I am also grateful to have stayed all three years in RC4, where I’ve made amazing memories and met even greater friends.

Coming from a diverse background with an interest in social work, healthcare, sports and a fluency in German, my outlook on university life in the E-Scholars Programme has always been on exploring as many diverse opportunities as possible. I have worked under the NUS Computational Biolab and Advanced Robotics Centre, as well as Beijing-based global health consultancy Bridge Consulting.

During my stay in RC4, I was involved in several committees ranging from the performing arts to volunteering clubs. I have also represented the college in inter-college competitions for both Touch Rugby and Soccer, where we clinched first place in 2021.

I am always looking to explore new opportunities and listen to more stories from people all over the world, so feel free to connect with me anytime.
